Recovery from psychosis simply means finding hope for the future and finding a way to start living and enjoying life again.  Instead of asking what's wrong we can begin to think about what happened.

We discover how to make sense through sharing thoughts and ideas and learn how to use these relationships to create new ways of seeing, thinking and doing.
